The brief
New Premises for Financial Organisation to create a positive working environment for staff.
How we met the challenge
Commercial First are a fast growing financial business. Occupying an entire building for the first time, Commercial First wanted the office interior and office exterior to add to the brand, the sense of presence, and to reflect size of the business. Recruitment of new staff needed to be boosted, and the office design needed to be flexible so that the growth in staff numbers could be handled easily.
The office interior incorporated a strong focus on interior branding, both in public facing spaces and also in staff areas. The branding added a unique feel to the office refurbishment, and Commercial First have been pleased that the decorative design has stood the test of time.
The durability of the office fit-out was a key part of the brief, and the quality of materials used throughout the project reflected this. Herman Miller desking, Vitra furniture, and leading fit-out materials, have all helped to keep the interior looking its best and able to match the long lease taken on the office.
