Mark Randall IOR Group


Mark is the founder and Managing Director of IOR. His prime focus is on IOR's strategic vision while nurturing client relationships. A graduate from Loughborough University, Mark has 30 years' experience in the office services market, with in-depth knowledge of workplace and its impact on staff health, wellbeing and productivity. Mark is a member of the British Council for Offices (BCO), the British Institute for Facilities Management (BIFM) and the Association of Interior Specialists (AIS). Loves: Radical cheese


Paul Kear IOR Group


Paul has been a shareholding Director for over 25 years at IOR and has over 40 years’ experience in the industry. He has consistently delivered major projects through his long-term client relationships, with a prime focus on developing major account clients. Loves: London Pride



Fraser Horne IOR Group


Fraser is the Operations Director of IOR. He has overall responsibility for the Project Management team, pre-contracts and IOR's Corporate Responsibility. He has over 25 years' experience of Professional Turnkey Management. In addition to his Professional Construction background he is a qualified and registered Construction Health & Safety Professional and Fellow of the Royal Society of Health. Loves: The Hoops.


Nigel Sinsbury IOR Group


Nigel is our Finance Director. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the company and monitors performance and risk. His forward-thinking, client-orientated approach plays a significant role in implementing company strategy Loves: Sport.
