MARK RANDALL:

Mark is the founder and Managing Director of IOR. His prime focus is on IOR's strategic vision, while nurturing client relationships. A graduate from Loughborough University, Mark has 25 years' experience of the office services market. Mark is a member of the British Council for Offices (BCO) and the Association of Interior Specialists (AIS). Loves: Radical cheese

 

 

MIKE RIVERS:

Mike is the co-founder and Director of IOR. His primary role is in steering the direction and growth of the company. A graduate from University of Manchester Institute of Technology (UMIST), Mike has over 25 years' experience of the office services sector. He's passionate about - and motivated by - close involvement with clients and has a hands-on approach to our projects. Loves: Running

 

 

PAUL KEAR:

Paul has been a shareholding Director for over 20 years at IOR and has over 33 years’ experience in the industry. He has consistently delivered major projects through his long-term client relationships, with a prime focus on developing major account clients. Loves: London Pride

 

 
Jane O'Connor

JANE O'CONNOR:

Jane is Design Director of IOR. Her main role is to enhance IOR's design offer by inspiring our clients and her team to deliver the best project possible. She is a Chartered Architect Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Her knowledge of workplace design, combined with an innate understanding of how buildings fit together, provides practical solutions with a strong aesthetic. Loves: Lipstick

 

 
Fraser Horne

FRASER HORNE:

Fraser is the Operations Director of IOR. He has overall responsibility for the Project Management team, pre-contracts and IOR's Corporate Responsibility. He has over 25 years' experience of Professional Turnkey Management. In addition to his Professional Construction background he is a qualified and registered (CDM) Coordinator and Fellow of the Royal Society of Health. Loves: The Hoops.

 

 

NIGEL SINSBURY:

Nigel is our Finance Director. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the company and monitors performance and risk.
His forward-thinking, client-orientated approach plays a significant role in implementing company strategy Loves: Sport.
