Mark Randall IOR Group

MARK RANDALL:

Mark is the founder and Managing Director of IOR. His prime focus is on IOR's strategic vision while nurturing client relationships. A graduate from Loughborough University, Mark has 30 years' experience in the office services market, with in-depth knowledge of workplace and its impact on staff health, wellbeing and productivity. Mark is a member of the British Council for Offices (BCO), the British Institute for Facilities Management (BIFM) and the Association of Interior Specialists (AIS). Loves: Radical cheese


 
Paul Kear IOR Group

PAUL KEAR:

Paul has been a shareholding Director for over 25 years at IOR and has over 40 years’ experience in the industry. He has consistently delivered major projects through his long-term client relationships, with a prime focus on developing major account clients. Loves: London Pride

 

 
Nigel Sinsbury IOR Group

NIGEL SINSBURY:

Nigel is our Finance Director. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the company and monitors performance and risk. His forward-thinking, client-orientated approach plays a significant role in implementing company strategy Loves: Sport.

 

 

Trevor Wright Group Project Director at IOR

Trevor is joining our Management team as our Group Project Director and has over 20 years professional experience in delivering successful projects in the Design and Construction EMEA market. Trevor expertise and experience has helped many global Real estate teams to achieve their goals and aspirations from a quality, performance, cost and timescales prospective to ultimately delivering successful Innovative projects. Additionally, Trevor is passionate about Sustainability in the construction industry and has also lectured at Reading University and the College of Estate Management working with students to realise their Real Estate Management  qualifications.  

 

Geoff Anderson Head of Design at IOR - Office Design

 

 

geoff anderson:

Geoff has recently joined IOR as Head of Design and brings with him over 15 years' experience within workplace design. Prior to crossing over to Design and Build in 2017, Geoff spent over 10 years with BDG architecture and design consultants, establishing himself as a key creative behind several innovative workplace projects. A highly creative designer with a panache for sketching, he has a pragmatic approach to design and is a custodian of budget and programme. Projects delivered include SKY, COS, Grey London, Network Rail, Gain Theory, Group M, Rostelecom and PWC. Geoff believes office design influences your biggest assets - your property and your people, and his role as a Head of Design, is to ensure the team deliver creative, well thought through spaces for people to enjoy and thrive in. Loves: Long coastal walks.

 

Tracey May

 

TRACEY MAY:

Tracey is the General Manager for Bids and Marketing at IOR. She has an in-depth knowledge of workplace and incorporates this into her knowledge sharing and marketing approach. Focusing on brand and quality, she is a key contributor to securing new customers and retaining existing business, through marketing initiatives and managing commitments and outputs on tendered projects. Loves: Dancing.


 

Matthew Wright

 

 

MATTHEW WRIGHT :

Matt leads the Project Management Team at IOR. He has a wealth of experience in commercial fit-out and is passionate about delivering best quality solutions for our clients. Matt ensures client requirements are fully understood and that a collaborative and productive relationship with the client is maintained during each project through to handover and beyond. Loves: Outdoor Activities.


 

Chris Williams GM Furniture and Project Lead at IOR Group

 

 

CHRIS WILLIAMS :

Chris is the General Manager for Furniture at IOR. His knowledge of Design & Build and Furniture provides an invaluable cohesion on projects and across the furniture, installation and build teams. Chris has led on a number of IOR’s most prestigious projects, with the focus always on client relationships and client experience. Loves: Indian Food.
