IOR delivered the reorganisation and refurbishment of Three’s existing Ground, First and Second Floors, across multiple phases within a live building. Works included new catering facilities and restaurant, general office, breakout meeting spaces and refitting of all WC and shower facilities.
The programme was successfully managed through 6 split phases, reducing the impact on the client’s business continuity whilst achieving a high level of quality finish.
