Our design for 88 Leadenhall Street focuses on functionality, efficiency, and flexibility, while maintaining a seamless blend between formal and informal working environments. The aim is to create a workspace that addresses current needs while allowing for future growth and adaptability.
The layout is optimised to enhance productivity, offering a variety of workspaces, from formal meeting rooms to informal areas that promote collaboration and comfort. A neutral colour palette with subtle accents was introduced to create a compelling canvas for vibrant artwork, which will be expanded in various spaces by employees traveling to Africa. The neutral tones were chosen to reflect the authenticity and origins of African art.
In the tea point area, the use of subtle gold and beige for countertops, fixtures, and fittings provides a striking contrast that highlights the client's colour logo, adding a refined touch to the overall design.
