Livingbridge engaged with IOR to consolidate their offices at the Norman Foster designed 100 Wood Street building.
Working closely with Livingbridge, we developed the concept of ‘Connectivity’ with its partners and global reach, into a successful project that incorporates open plan working, breakout space with balcony, high-impact reception and flexible meeting suite.
Meeting the brief, it has created a stunning workspace that “continues to attract and retain best-in-class employees, befitting of the firm’s reputation and achievements.”
The opened ceiling in the reception now creates height and visual impact for a strong first impression.
Herman Miller sit-stand desks throughout are paired with award-winning Cosm chairs.
Acoustic solutions have been integrated and City views maximised.
Livingbridge’s artwork is now showcased throughout the space.
