This beautiful project was delivered via a fast-track programme, with a ‘snag as you go’ philosophy, signed up to by all contractors, ensuring a positive client experience from their first step into the new space.
Fast-growing financial institution, Shawbrook Bank, instructed IOR to deliver their new office in Redhill on a Design and Build basis, merging teams from two offices into one. A full Change Management programme was put in place and the design developed to maximise flow and team integration.
A diverse range of working modes and settings were introduced, from areas for ‘Show and Tell’, to settings for ‘Warm Up and Cool Down’ pre and post meetings. The natural light and stunning vistas were incorporated and acoustic quality maintained, enhancing staff experience and wellbeing.
