The world-leading ejection seat manufacturer appointed IOR to design and deliver their new Engineering Building with a purpose of bringing teams together, maximising creative interaction, attracting exceptional talent and making a strong statement about Martin-Baker’s values and identity.
The design rationale positions workstations around the perimeter, benefitting views and light, an inner zone interspersed with collaborative and alternative work settings, with formal meeting spaces located at the core. Breakout areas provide maximum inspiration and relaxation, complete with woodland views and planting.
